Lee Precision universal decapping die. Used to deprime brass before you tumble. It even removes crimped primers. Fits cases up to .560" in diameter and up to 3.125" long. This prevents the need to put dirty brass through your dies to deprime. Use this decapping die to deprime, then tumble brass, lube (only use water soluble lube), resize, re-tumble for 20 minutes to remove lube, then load.
